BCS students in grades 6–12 and parents. The Louisiana Legislature enacted the Ivy Daniels Act (Act 782) to protect children from crimes involving the creation of improper images using artificial intelligence and to provide information about these offenses and their consequences. Information was sent home through J-Call on August 24, 2026, between 6:30 and 8:00 p.m., and an acknowledgment link was included with the call.
