Central Elementary School will be celebrating Read Across America Week, Monday, February 24, 2025 through Thursday, February 27, 2025.
We look forward to your child celebrating every day!


Parents and Guardians:
Students who PURCHASE nachos may wear a red or Valentine’s shirt with their uniform bottom.


Attention:
Parents and Guardians, CES is hosting the Scholastic Book Fair Monday, February 3, 2025 through Thursday, February 6, 2025. This will take place during Specials.
You are required to setup an eWallet for your students or send a credit or debit card. This is a CASH-FREE event.
If you have any questions, please call or stop by the school.





The deadline for ticket purchase is tomorrow, Monday, February 3rd at 12:00.
Please remember that the Sneaux Ball has been rescheduled to Friday, February 6th. 2nd and 3rd Grades time is 4:00-6:00. 4th and 5th Grades time is 6:30-8:30. Pictures will be sold for $5.00.

WINTER WEATHER UPDATE:
Due to the severe weather threat, all Bogalusa City Schools and Offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. We will be closely monitoring the weather for future closures.
Please take precautions to stay warm and safe.

CES proudly presents our Wall of Fame! This special recognition celebrates students who achieved Mastery or Advanced levels on the LEAP 2025 (2023-2024) in ELA, Math, or Science. Their photographs are proudly displayed to inspire and encourage others. We are incredibly proud of these students and look forward to honoring even more achievers next year!
