Members of our Youth Coalition participated in a “Sticker Shock” campaign to remind customers that purchasing alcohol for minors is a crime. The students placed stickers around Time Out Bar and Grill as a reminder to patrons.






March is National Nutrition Month. During this month, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthy eating and physical activity habits.
Staff and students were able to vote for their favorite fruits and vegetables during lunch. Results show that both staff and students favor pineapples and corn!🍍🌽

Mrs. Amber Marinovich and Mrs. Crystal Thomas had their students complete an electronic scavenger hunt or "Goose Chase" today that made math engaging and fun! These algebra II and advanced math students could be seen working in groups to complete a given mission. They solved each math problem and used their electronic devices to capture and send their responses in real time to their teachers. Kudos to these teachers and their students!!











Our Lumberjacks celebrated National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week March 18th-21st. With the help of our Youth Coalition, students learned interesting facts during the daily announcements and participated in a learning lunch on Thursday. NDAFW is an annual, week-long health observance that inspires dialogue about the science of drug use and addiction among youth.

Our BHS Tutoring Program continues!! Held on Fridays, this program helps give our students the academic boost to improve both in their core classes and to show growth on state tests. Shown are 6th graders in Mrs. Ann Parker's tutoring session. Sessions are offered across each grade level and in numerous subject areas. It is not too late for your scholars to join us!
